How to build a value-based Pricing Model

Classical pricing models such as cost-based markup calculations or competitive comparisons reach their limits when it comes to pricing digital products. When pricing digital products, the focus is on customer benefit, which leads companies to ask the following questions:

  • How can the customer benefit be quantified?
  • How can a service be priced in a benefit-oriented way?
  • How can the customer be successfully convinced that the price is justified?
