How to define Digitalization Strategies quickly and target-oriented

When it comes to defining a clear digitisation strategy in a short amount of time, many companies have difficulties. We, at the Center Smart Services, want to change this. We want to work with you and help you realise your company`s digitisation goal. We did just so, for example, in cooperation with InfraServ GmbH&Co. Knapsack KG. Their case is one of the examples of how digital transformation can be part of a clearly defined transformation strategy.

The main goal of the project was to solve a specific problem the company had, using as little resources as possible, as quickly as possible, without having to compromise regarding the quality of the project results. As an additional premise, it was agreed that prototypes were to be used. The so-called prototyping should ensure a high visibility of the digital solutions that were generated. By presenting the functioning prototypes at an early point of the project to members of staff and externs, the underlying digitisation idea was made public and it was demonstrated that the idea was successful. This also helped to shape InfraServ`s public image as a modern company that is on its way to becoming an innovative Industrie 4.0 company. In addition to all of this, the early prototyping made it possible to identify possibilities for improvements at an early stage and see how good the solution really is when tested under real-practice conditions.
