18. April 2019

We wish you a relaxing and sunny Easter!

In May 2019, we will host our first LogObject Experience Day. On 09.05.2019 you will be able to get first-hand insights into the “lessons learned” that Swisscom has made in the course of the digitalisation of its service portfolio. Together with us and the experts from LogObject, you will develop individual solutions for your workforce management. Click here to register free of charge!

There are also a few places left for our RWTH certificate course Smart Service Manager! Our training is ideal for professionals and project managers whose main areas of responsibility are digitization strategy, development and establishment of digital business models and who are looking for a tool with which they can discover the potential of Smart Services, develop adequate service offerings and successfully establish them on the market. The spring course starts on 15.05.2019. We will offer a further course next November.

This year’s Center Conference will take place on 25.06.2019, here we’ll inform our members and partners about the Center’s current activities, such as projects, studies, benchmarking, and report on current changes in the community. You can expect the presentation of the results of our “Industrial Machine Learning” market overview, which started in January. We also offer our community the opportunity to exchange ideas in the context of thematically focused strategy boards and workshops. You can register directly by e-mail.

On 08.08.2019 the consortium project “Smart Service Engineering” starts, which is based on our development approach of the Smart Service Engineering Cycle and supports you in the extension of your expertise for the conception of digital, data-based services and associated business models.
Further projects, which will start in summer and autumn 2019, are the benchmarkings on “Subscription Business”, as well as a project on “Customer Journey” and a project on “Capabilities for Digital Business Models”.
