How do manufacturing companies explore new digital business fields? In 12 months, you will learn which capabilities you need to establish to build a successful digital business model and which steps are required to do so.

Project content:

• – Development of a method to identify and design digital business models and establish skills required for this within the company.
• – Qualification of two employees: They will learn how to work with and make use of the method used by digital Business developers.
• – Valuable contacts and direct communication with other companies on the topic of business models. You will gain important insights, hear about the experience of others and receive practice-relevant ideas.
• Access to different successful practice methods from different industry fields.
