Increase your professional competence! For around a year now, as an employee in NRW, you have been able to receive subsidies for further training measures using the so-called “Bildungscheck” (education check)
- Reimbursement of up to 50% of the training costs
- Funding: max. 500€
- 10 education checks per company can be granted annually
Lifelong learning due to nationwide sponsorships
Those who do not work in NRW can make use of similar funding lines in their federal state. As an alternative, the so-called “Bildungsprämie” (education bonus) is also available for recognized further education offers. This is not federal state-specific and also covers up to half of the training costs.
Educational leave for further education
Those who wish to expand their range of knowledge receive up to 10 days of educational leave in addition to financial support. Details of the educational leave scheme and the different regulations of the federal states can be found on the official information page.
