You can sign up for one of our courses or events either digitally or by sending a fax. We do recommend signing up via our website. You can find the direct link to the course and event registrations in all of our information brochures and flyers.
All participants hold the right to withdraw their registration. All withdrawals must be sent to us within a week of sending the original registration via e-mail, letter or fax. The withdrawal does not require a detailed explanation or reason. In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation within the deadline. The right of withdrawal expires if the registered person is present at the beginning of the event. Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all participants hold the right to name a person to represent them at the event they signed up for.
Once the right of withdrawal is expired, participants may cancel their participation up to four weeks before the actual event. Any later than this, a cancellation fee of 50% of the original event fee is due. If a cancellation is received any later than two weeks before the start of the event, the full participation fee must be paid.
The fees for our events usually include the costs for our course material and basic catering (coffee and lunch). If the event includes an evening program, all costs for this are covered unless stated otherwise. Travel and hotel costs are not included.

Access via BAB A4 (Köln/Aachen – Cologne/Aachen) and A44 (Düsseldorf/Lüttich – Düsseldorf/Liège) until you reach the interchange Aachen, then follow A4 towards Antwerpen/Heerlen. Leave the motorway at the exit Laurensberg and turn right towards Aachen Laurensberg. Take the first right onto the so-called Toledo Ring towards Maastricht (Klinikum – Hospital). When in an underpass, take the exit called RWTH-Melaten. You will find us on Campus-Boulevard, number 55.
Right in front of our HQ, you will find a large parking area. Parking spots are limited.
Take the train to Aachen main Station (Hauptbahnhof) or Aachen West.
From there, you can take a cab straight to us (Campus-Boulevard 55) or a bus: For example, bus 13B takes you from the main station to “Turmstraße”, where you have to change and take bus 12 towards Campus Melaten. Get off at bus stop “Wilfried-König-Straße”. This stop is right in front of our HQ – approx. 1 min. walking distance on your right hand side.
The nearest airports are Köln/Cologne, Düsseldorf or Maastricht (Netherlands). From there you can rent a car (100km from Cologne or Düsseldorf, approx. 35km from Maastricht) via the motorway A4 or A44 towards Aachen. From Cologne airport, you can take a train towards Cologne main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) and then change into a train going straight to Aachen main station (Aachen Hauptbahnhof) (approx. 45 min.). From Düsseldorf airport, you have to take a tube towards Düsseldorf main station (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof). From the main station, there are two direct trains to Aachen, one via Cologne and one via Benrath, both take approx. 1:20 hrs. Once you have reached Aachen main station, follow the instructions above regarding the directions for train and bus travel.
